By downloading or using the Voyana walking tour application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

• The App provides free, self-guided walking tours, including routes, stops, and audio descriptions.
• The App is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, distribute, copy, or modify the App or its content.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your safety and compliance with all applicable local laws.
• Remain cautious and attentive to your surroundings at all times.
• Ensure your mobile device is sufficiently charged and functional during tours.
• Do not use the App under unsafe conditions, such as adverse weather or unsafe environments.

Content and Availability

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue tours or features at any time without prior notice.
• All content, including audio, text, routes, and visuals, is provided "as-is." We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or continual availability.

Intellectual Property

• All content within the App, including audio, text, maps, and visuals, is owned or licensed by us. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

Disclaimers and Limitations

• The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from the use of the App, including those due to user negligence, outdated information, or technical errors.
• Liability is capped at $50 or the amount you paid for the App (whichever is greater).

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted within the App.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kings County New York.
